Zelensky sacked the heads of four Kyiv districts

The order was issued on Friday, June 30. Zelenskyy sacked four Kyiv district heads at once:

  • Serhiy Kovalenko was removed from the post of head of the Podilsk district administration;

  • Pavla Babia – from the position of head of the Dnipro district administration;

  • Serhiy Pavlovsky – from the post of head of Svyatoshyn district administration;

  • Dmytro Ratnikov – from the position of head of the Tesnian district administration.

The President also purged heads of administration in several areas:

  • Tetiana Sizon was dismissed as head of the Konotop District State Administration of Sumy Region;
  • Oleksandr Khomycha – from the post of Chairman of Zhytomyr District State Administration;
  • Lyudmila Merzolyuk – from the post of head of the Belotcherkivska district state administration of the Kyiv region.

In addition, the President appointed Ihor Kvartiaga as the head of the Golovaniv District State Administration of the Kirovohrad Region.

Let us remind you that at the beginning of June, three people died in the Tesnian district of the capital. They tried to get into the shelter during the Russian missile attack, but the shelter was closed.

After that, they began checking the status of shelters in Kiev and across Ukraine. A third of the bomb shelters in the capital have been rendered unusable.

After inspecting shelters in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced staffing results, and the government announced that they were already being prepared.
