On the night of June 6, Russian invaders blew up the dam of Khakovskaya HPP. Water from the Khakov Reservoir flooded dozens of settlements in the Kherson and Mykolayiv regions.
The water in the Kherson region continues to decrease due to the breaching of the dam. At the same time, another 21 settlements were flooded, 4 of them on the right bank of the Dnieper and 17 on the left bank, occupied by Russians. More than 800 houses on the right bank were flooded.
