The head of the Army Medical Commission was caught accepting bribes in the capital

According to the SBU, the first program was organized by the head of the Military Medical Commission (MMC) of one of Kyiv’s districts. For money, he unfairly provided his “clients” with documents that were removed from the military register due to health.

Leaders of VLK reported the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. Criminal Code 368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or illegal gain by an officer). The sanction of this article provides for imprisonment of 5 to 10 years with confiscation of property.

Another project was set up by the head of one of the bogus charities, who volunteered to evacuate citizens from Ukraine as drivers of humanitarian transport. His accomplice was exposed by the SBU in December last year.

Law enforcement officials found another scheme in Jagarpattia area. There, the SBU detained a local lawyer and a hotel owner who were looking for “candidates” to flee abroad. The attackers tried to smuggle conscripts into the EU outside the checkpoints.

Earlier, a policeman was arrested in Gaya for transporting smugglers abroad.
