The register of “Oberig” conscripts continues to expand.
The “Oberig” registry of conscripts has been operating in Ukraine for months. The work on it has been completed, and now more than half a million men know all about it.

The list of conscripts continues to expand. By the end of December 2023, entries in the “Oberig” register had increased by 750,000 entries. Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko stated this in an interview with DOU.
“We see a three-fold structure that we want to digitize. The first is the registration of conscripts “Operik”. The planned works for it have been completed, we have increased the registry by 750,000 records, verified the data to 88%. We are moving towards digitalization of the data of military personnel, and for all services related to veterans. “We will cooperate with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. It seems very logical to us,” says Chernokorenko.
Who will be on the register?
Chernokorenko notes that the registry does not contain data on military personnel, that is, it is a purely civilian registry that can be mobilized later. This system should simplify the work of TCC and reduce corruption in all these structures.
“Oberig” is designed to reduce corruption, the possibility of data manipulation and the possibility of sending two or three summonses to people who are already struggling. “Our end user is not just a recruiter, it's an employee of the TCC and JV who needs to be service-oriented, working with data and working with people,” explained the deputy head of the Ministry of Defense.
How information about you appears in the registry
Now we will remind you how registration works and what information it contains about you. The system is automated and data is collected from all electronic records.
As a result, we receive all personal data such as full name, place of residence, date of birth, marital status, information about family members, place of work, education, registration number of taxpayer registration card, health status, etc. Criminal record. Official data on completion of service, participation in combat operations, military rank, military specialty, fitness for military service on the basis of health, etc.
They know if you speak a foreign language and what qualifications you have. Information on open administrative proceedings will also be recorded. They help fill the database, that is, they provide all the information about you: Central Election Commission, Police, Court, Attorney General's Office, Pension Fund, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Border Guards, Tax and Migration Service. The Ministry of Defense, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Intelligence Service and, of course, the TCC already have access to the ready registry.

It is worth recalling that Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, said that a single registration of conscripts is necessary to digitize information about citizens and automate the work of military commissars.
