Later, the law enforcement officer inspected the facility and drew up an administrative report in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 155 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“Violation of Trade Rules, Performance of Work and Provision of Services by Employees”). Already after the court decision, the owner of the company will pay the fine.
