For the second night in a row, the Russian military has used a small number of missiles during its shelling of Ukraine. Thus, the enemy tries to keep the armed forces and our air defenses in suspense.
This was stated by the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, on the Telethon broadcast on August 28.
According to him, the Russian aggressors are systematically keeping Ukraine and its security forces under tension by destroying civilian infrastructure.
“They (Russians – ed.) have their own specific tasks, targets, objects they are trying to attack and destroy. This time in Poltava province. It is a civilian object, missiles were sent there from the Black Sea.– he said.
Ignat added that energy was mostly offensive last year. Now it is the food sector.
According to him, the Kremlin is trying to destroy our economy, thereby affecting the psychological state of Ukrainians.
Let us remind you that tonight Russia again attacked the territory of Ukraine with cruise missiles. In the Poltava region, an industrial facility was destroyed, two people died, and private houses were damaged in Krivi Rih. Air defense forces shot down four Russian missiles.
