According to US prosecutors, Gupta was recruited by an unnamed Indian government employee responsible for security and intelligence affairs.
Gupta was arrested at the Prague airport in late June last year. Last month, the Constitutional Court (ÚS) ruled that the Czech Republic could extradite Gupta to the US. The Supreme Court rejected Gupta’s appeal against the rulings of the Municipal and High Courts in Prague.
