At the same time, Lubinets thanked the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War and the Joint Center for the Search and Release of Prisoners of War, persons illegally deprived of their liberty due to the aggression against Ukraine under the SBU. .

In addition, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko added that among the 29 employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine who were able to return: 21 national guards, 7 border guards and one policewoman.

Among the returnees are 14 defenders of Mariupol, Smyny, Kostomal and Chernobyl NPP.
