Intelligence sources indicate that the next wave of mobilization in the Russian Federation does not require additional legal grounds because the “partial mobilization” announced in September 2022 has not been officially completed.

“Most likely, the mobilization will be carried out by April 1 – the beginning of the spring conscription. If necessary, the start of conscription can be postponed,” notes HUR.
